Reactivity, lightness and reliability are the key words of the new Fulcrum Rapid Red Carbon, a product that we have developed for use gravel (and for whatever gravel means for you), employing the best of the technology of our top range wheels.

Lightness and responsiveness are guaranteed by the 700C rim in asymmetrical carbon “S-Shape”. This technology allows to achieve a better balance between the tension of the rays.

The optimized balance also results in maintaining high performance over time. In addition, the particular shape of the profile of the circle generates an increase of 2.5% of the lateral stiffness compared to a traditional U profile.

For maximum performance with tubeless shells, the new Rapid Red Carbon rims are equipped with 2WF – per tubeless bridge.

The un perforated bridge is also finished in C-Lux Finish, a mirror finish that facilitates the installation of the cover.

The assembly of the wheel is finally completed with Mo-Mag technology, patented by Fulcrum, which provides with a simple operation as ingenious the nesting on the rim hole through a magnet.

At the geometry level, the circle has a 30mm high profile equipped with a “mini-hook” system that allows to extend compatibility to a wider range of pressures. Dimensional accuracy Fulcrum it also ensures greater safety against low-pressure stalling, thanks to the greater coverage surface available connected to the internal channel increased by 25mm.
