LEGAL CONSTRUCTION
The new Hyperon Ultra rims are printed with the latest technology Campagnolo H.U.L.C. that is the result of over 25 years of experience in carbon molding. This technology guarantees the dimensional optimization of the rims, the relationship between carbon fiber and resin, helping to increase rigidity and resistance. The mirror finish C-LUX creates a surface so smooth that it does not require paint, resulting in weight savings. The scientific precision of C-LUX also contributes to the creation of the safest seat possible for the tubeless, increasing its sealing and ease of assembly/disassembly, as well as reducing the risk of damage to the heels of the covers.
ACTIVITIES
With the Head-2-Bay system the high-precision coupling between the head of the radius and the hub has been optimized to avoid anelastic deformation of the rays. This innovative technology introduces a high load management system to reduce the risk of damage, ensuring a perfectly balanced beam tension and the proper transfer of the rider's power to the road. The N3W Light is designed to accommodate cassettes at 11, 12 and 13 speeds with pinion starting 9, 10 and 11 teeth. The lightened design, combined with the high smoothness of the CULT bearings and the extreme torque rigidity, offers maximum performance control. Acronimo from Ceramic Ultimate Level Technology, CULT bearings offer a significant improvement over all others. The key to the extraordinary performance of the CULT bearings is the use of high quality materials in a hybrid construction. Ceramic balls with a high degree of rotondity and resistance rotate within polymer cages on wear-resistant stainless steel tracks, which maximize the efficiency and durability of bearings, requiring periodic cleaning and light lubrication with synthetic oil.
UPPER HANDLING SPEED
Our Aero Mo-Mag technology brings aerodynamics to a higher level. The interiors for nipples, made of glass fiber reinforced polymer, guarantee perfect alignment with rays, reducing stress on the system components. The innovative construction allows to lighten the wheels and optimize the aerodynamics. The rear rim profile is asymmetrical to allow superior rigidity control and optimal voltage management, so as to ensure maximum safety and handling in each curve. The construction of the circle Campagnolo single joint reduces the number of potential weaknesses thanks to a single melting point compared to the four normally used in the industry. The circle is therefore extremely rigid and, thanks to the use of aerospace quality carbon, incredibly robust and resistant to damage.
