OTTIMIZATION OF SYSTEM

The chassis, wheels, cockpit and other components are designed, developed and tested to function as a unique system. The brand new technology of the OverDrive Aero steering tube is combined with a Contact SL AeroLight handlebar and a Contact SL handlebar to incorporate the internal passage of cables that integrates the upper cap, cables and spacers into a more aerodynamic and easy to use configuration.

EFFICIENCY

Featuring a higher rigidity/weight ratio than the previous generation, the new aerodynamic tube section and a lighter overall weight, the new TCR delivers explosive acceleration and incredible pedal stiffness. The result is winning performance at times that count.

AERO-DYNAMICS INTEGRATED

All tube shapes have been designed and developed using computational fluid dynamic modeling (CFD) and wind tunnel testing. From the truncated elliptical shape of the frame tubes, to the new design of the cockpit and to the integration of system of the new components, a leaner and lighter profile is generated that improves overall aerodynamic performance compared to the previous generation.

FASTER MADE

The new TCR combines a winning rigidity-weight ratio with aerodynamic shape of pipes and cable integration. From the Variant seat for the absorption of road asperities, to composite wheels, each piece is optimized as part of the system. The new technology of the OverDrive Aero steering tube is combined with a Contact SL AeroLight handlebar and a Contact SL handlebar to offer a new internal cable passage for easy configuration and adjustment. The integrated disc brakes and the wide tyre space up to 33 mm make it adaptable to all road conditions.
