EXO

EXO is a cutting and abrasion-resistant material added to the sides of many mountain bike and gravel tyres Maxxis. This dense textured fabric is lightweight and highly flexible, ensuring that the performance of the tire remains unchanged. Choose EXO protection for longer duration for gravel, XC and light trail riding.

TUBELESS READY

The tubeless ready tyres offer the cyclist numerous advantages: the ability to use lower air pressures, which improves traction; less rolling resistance than a tire with air chamber; and less possibility of flattening because there is no tube. The tubeless ready tires are marked by the letters "TR" on the side.

The tubeless ready tires must be mounted on tubeless compatible wheels and require the use of a liquid sealant to maintain pressure. Liquid sealants have the additional advantage of sealing small holes.
Make sure to check the sealant regularly and refresh it as needed as it will dry over time.

Liquid sealants must be used only in the following types of tyres: tubeless by road, tubular and tubeless ready. Use of liquid sealants in any other tyre Maxxis will cancel the warranty.
