An intermediate mix configuration used in selected mountain tires. 3C MaxxTerra is softer and offers greater traction than 3C MaxxSpeed, but offers better tread wear and less rolling resistance than MaxxGrip.

EXO

EXO + is the medium-term drilling protection option Maxxis suitable for all round trail riding and light e-bikes. Let's start with a durable 60 TPI carcass, add our legendary EXO hole protection layer to the sides and we complete everything with a small butyl insert around the heel. The resistant carcass and EXO material prevent damage caused by rocks and roots, while the butyl insert protects the tire from squeezing and helps prevent damage to the rim.

TUBELESS READY

Tubeless tires offer cyclist many advantages: the ability to perform lower air pressures, which improves traction; less rolling resistance than a tire with air chamber; and less possibility of flattening because there is no tube. Liquid sealants must be used only in the following types of tyres: tubeless road, tubular and tubeless ready.
