Mix 3C MaxxGrip Maxxis uses the more sticky and slower bounce rubber we offer in a mountain bike tyre. This high-traction mix is the same used by our best athletes of the World Cup Downhill and Enduro World Series and is now available in a variety of carcass configurations to cover all cyclists.

EXO

EXO is a cutting and abrasion-resistant material added to the sides of many tyres Maxxis for mountain bike and gravel. This dense textured fabric is lightweight and highly flexible, ensuring that the performance of the tire remains unchanged. Choose EXO protection for longer duration for severel, XC and light trail riding.

TUBELESS READY

The tubeless ready tires offer the cyclist many advantages: the ability to perform lower air pressures, which improves traction; less rolling resistance than a tire with air chamber; and less possibility of flattening because there is no tube. The tubeless ready tires are marked by the letters "TR" on the side. The tubeless ready tires must be mounted on compatible tubeless wheels and require the use of a liquid sealant to maintain pressure. Liquid sealants have the additional advantage of sealing small holes. Make sure to check the sealant regularly and refresh if necessary as it will dry over time.
