Pneumatic Maxxis Minion DHR II 27.5 x 2.60 EXO TR - Black

The trail version Maxxis Minion DHR II presents the same design as the tread of the downside, but uses a single thickness carcass to reduce weight. With the side caps borrowed from the legendary Minion DHF but enlarged to provide more support, Minion DHR II has no competitors in the curve. The central tread has ramp caps to improve acceleration and blades that allow a smooth transition when you fold. The spatula-shaped plugs on the central tread sink into the ground in the rough brakings and help maintain the medium under control. Use it in pair with a Minion DHF to have an aggressive trail guide on the front line!

Our new optional EXO+ construction combines two of our best drilling protection materials: EXO and SilkShield. The layer in SilkShield runs from one heel to another with a layer of Exo along the side walls of the cover. Combined these two materials create the EXO+, which provides:

• A hole protection under the improved tread of 27%
• A longer duration of 51% of the sides
• Improved pinch resistance of 28%

Triple mix (3C)
Covers Maxxis 3C use a harder base layer to reduce rolling resistance and progressively a softer rubber on the outer layers to optimize traction.

TUBELESS READY (TR)
Maxxis offers the Tubeless Ready (TR) option for all cycling disciplines. TR covers must be mounted on a tubeless compatible circle and need the sealing liquid to avoid air leaks. The use of sealing liquid on other types of covers Maxxis will invalidate the warranty.
If a cover is not equipped with Tubeless Ready design, it can only be used with air chamber.
