The new EQUIPE R shoe, inspired by the HABU winter line that we have recently proposed, has been updated to be even lighter and offer more freedom of movement during the pedal, eliminating 50 grams in size M through more efficient use of the fabrics and targeted removal of material from the area around the knee. The thermal panel on the horse is reinforced by an anti-intempere layer to protect the belly from the wind and the sketches that rise from the road, while the water-repellent treatment of thermal tissues makes the water slip away even in case of light rainfall. The new EQUIPE R S11 fuse inherited all the anti-friction characteristics of SCHTRADIVARI S11, giving up the extra ventilation that distinguishes the summer model.

FEATURED FABRICS :

AIRBLOCK.1098 is the lightest of our AIRBLOCK softshell family. Here it offers breathability and provides extra protection from the weather in life. RX Extreme has the highest thermal insulation factor of the entire RX family. It is an indefinable insulating brushed fabric characterized by a high breathability and a water repellent treatment, which guarantees the same protection and heat at the knee level of two layers of less insulating fabric.

CONSTRUCTION

Our AEPD 11 racingFit is an aerodynamic cut that fits the body as a second skin, developed with the contribution of WorldTour cyclists and designed to wrap the body offering a stability and a 360° compression. The Louvre Tec pattern follows the knee shape to eliminate friction during pedaling.

ENGINEERING :

• Water Shield Tec: a water repellent treatment that allows water to slip away along the surface of the fabric, protecting the skin and keeping it dry.
• X-Frame: an A-frame suspension that limits lowering in the lower back, stabilizing the bottom and main body panel during the most intense pedals. The system is fixed on the shoulders through our lighter straps.
• Reflective: the reflective details on the lower part of the legs reflect the light throughout the pedal, ensuring maximum visibility even in low light conditions.

EQUIPE R S11:

• Shock-Absorb Damping System Mono 9: compression foam materials integrated into a breathable 9 mm racing model. Thermoformed technology modeling eliminates folds and irritations.
• 3D Waffle: a patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
• GoldenGate 2.0: a floating structure that follows and supports body movements. The new shape of the fins reduces friction throughout the cycle.
