Parachute MCR has a magnetic coupling and pulling system of the chinboard, which allows a simple, instantaneous and safe conversion. MCR is a revolutionary system created in partnership with Fidlock to facilitate the safety of your helmet and make you spend more time on the trail.
Parachute MCR is designed to be really two helmets in one.
As full-face has an innovative and aggressive style that provides integral protection;
as an open helmet reflects the design and volume of our Trail helmets.
MET Parachute MCR has a magnetic coupling and pulling system of the chinboard that allows a simple and safe conversion. MCR is a revolutionary system designed by MET and developed with the support of FIDLOCK®.
The visor is made with a flexible plastic material. In the event of an impact, it limits the transfer of twist forces to the neck.
The visor is adjustable in two positions ensuring full compatibility with sunglasses and masks.
The ASTM certification is the only standard that testes the safety of the mentor. Parachute MCR exceeds more than 40% the stringent deflection limit imposed by ASTM. The mentor is engineered to achieve optimum balance of stiffness and elasticity in case of impact.
All MET helmets are famous for their ventilation, 21 air outlets work in synergy with large chin jackets, facilitating high and low speed breathing and ventilation.
The MIPS-C2® system separates the head and cap of the helmet by means of a thin low friction cap called LFL - Low Friction Layer.
The cap is attached to the helmet through elastomers and in case of impact allows a flow of 10-15 mm in all directions, redirecting the rotational energy of the shock.
The FIDLOCK® magnetic closure makes the helmet fast and easy to fix.
The BOA-FS1® adjustment system is characterized by a micrometric adjustment of great precision and adaptability.
The 360° ring that wraps the head does not generate pressure points, optimizing comfort and stability.
The fit can be customized thanks to the two fillings of different thickness present in the box.
