HOW IS THE SHIPPING OF THE BIKE PURCHASED ONLINE?

This is one of the questions we are most often asked. For a bike purchased online there are various steps, from the preparation of the vehicle to the test, from packaging to shipping. Each step is carried out with care and attention, to ensure that the bicycle reaches the customer in perfect condition.

When a bicycle is purchased online, or after contact via email, it is shipped wherever it is needed, throughout Italy or even abroad. The preparation phase of the vehicle begins within 24/48 hours of payment. It is a very important and delicate phase, as our task is to ensure that the customer receives a perfect vehicle and that is why we prepare it as when it is picked up directly in the store.

The bicycle is assembled in the workshop by our mechanics, every detail is checked and any customizations required are also made. Finally, the vehicle is tested on the road, for a definitive check. As soon as the bike is considered ready, packing begins. Each part is covered with polyurethane, to be protected, and the vehicle is placed with the utmost care inside a special bicycle box, with a double layer to protect the bike as much as possible from any movement during transport.

The customer will receive the whole and fully functional bicycle and will only have to adjust and tighten the pedals, saddle and handlebars.

     

What is inserted inside the neck together with the bicycle?

Here's what we put in:

- Purchase invoice

- Any accessories purchased with the bike

- Instructions for the correct assembly of pedals, saddle and handlebars

- Instructions for registration on the brand website, for warranty

- Useful tips drawn up ad hoc for the maintenance of the purchased bike model

When everything is ready to be shipped, we contact the customer by phone. Direct contact with our customers, even the most distant ones, is very important to us and it is always our priority to provide the maximum assistance, as far as possible, even remotely.

 

Is shipping paid separately or is it included in the price?

When a bicycle is purchased online, the service we offer for preparation and shipping is all inclusive. Shipping is therefore included in the price and the customer will not have to pay one euro more than what has already been paid when purchasing online by bank transfer or credit card.

Additional Specifications

Packages are generally sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment, shipments are made from Tuesday to Friday (the opening hours of the store are from Tuesday to Saturday from 8.30-12.15 and 15.30-19.15), unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet, and packages are shipped by Express Courier with tracking.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges.
Costs, if any, are clearly indicated at checkout.
We recommend that you group your items in one order.
It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are always well protected; We pay the utmost attention when packaging, and we always try to offer the best quality for our customers.
