The pin of the new Look Kéo Classic 3 is made of steel oversize. It consists of a small ball bearing (12 mm inner x 18 mm external) and a flangeed bushing, for better resistance to efforts.
To maintain the bushing you place a spacer. It limits friction and allows for better fluidity at rotation. A new control procedure for the coupling of the axis line in the body also ensures greater reliability of our pedals.
LOOK axis lines are validated only at the end of a rotation test of 2 million cycles at 100 gir/min with a load of 90 kg on the centre of the pedal and an eccentric rotation (which creates an impact at each turn). This test is much more rigorous than the norm in force, EN14781.
