Acceleration and lightness
The MTB hardtail frame in lighter aluminum than Giant has ever produced helps XC riders and riders face ups and accelerate with great speed.
29er Control and Stability
The larger 29 inch diameter wheels run on rough terrain with balance and stability, giving you the momentum to face technical climbs and safety to fly on fast singletrack descents.

With a frame designed using ALUXX SLR, our high quality aluminum, this 29 superlight and agile bike offers speed and efficiency for cyclists and XC runners.
Designed with a 100 mm fork, it is a racing climber with rapid acceleration. The specific frame geometry for a 29 provides an ideal balance between stability and manoeuvrability on all types of XC soil.
The enhanced hub spacing offers more space for tyres and wheel stiffness, and a new wheel Giant with tubeless tires offer a smoother and more efficient guide as well as a reduced risk of puncture.
1 - ALUXX SLR
This superlight aluminium material of Pro level is mainly made of 6011 alloy and offers the highest resistance/weight ratio of any aluminum frame Giant. The microscopic manipulation of the grain is at the forefront and the advanced header allow forms of the thinnest and light tubes of 20% compared to the ALUXX SL frames.
2 - FORMA DEL TUBO OTTIMIZED
The proprietary FluidForm process uses high-pressure fluid injection to shape and manipulate alloy frame shapes. This reduces weight while maintaining stiffness to improve bike handling on XC soils.
3 - OVERDRIVE
Designed to provide greater precision, the oversized steering series bearings (1 1/2" below and 1 1/8") and the conical steering tube work together to provide optimal steering stiffness.
4 - INTERNAL TRADE
The openings for the cable passage and the guide of the central movement ensure easy installation of the cables minimizing the weight of the chassis.
5 - COMPATIBILITY OF THE FIELD
The diameter of the saddle tube of 30.9 mm and the easy passage of the internal cables facilitate the installation of a telescopic braid.
6 - MEGADRIVE
A massive rectangular oblique tube and an oversized horizontal tube work in unison to provide superior lateral and torqueal steering precision. The rectangular shape oblique tube, designed with precision, offers unprecedented driving and pedal rigidity.
7 - POWERCORE
A vastly oversized bottom bracket/chainstay area features a fully integrated, 92mm wide bottom bracket design.Asymmetric chainstays provide additional stiffness on the drive side and stability on the opposite side.
8 - TUBELESS GIANT SYSTEM
The integrated Tubeless system and tyres offer greater efficiency, comfort and control for a reliable and easy-to-use system.
9 - BOOST TECHNOLOGY
A greater hub spacing (110 mm in front / 148 mm behind) results in more rigid wheels for greater control, more space for the tyres and an improved chain line for optimal transmission performance.
