At the Thule Test CenterTM of Hillerstorp, Sweden, products are subjected to extreme tests. Our package holder systems are designed to transport your equipment and adapt to your car as safe as possible. Below are some types of tests that are conducted.

Resistance Test
Used to evaluate performance under conditions that may have to face while using uneven or difficult terrain.

Simulations for wear
Specialized tests used to evaluate rods and bearing systems over time, to test their endurance and long-term performance as well as the ability to protect bikes during transport.

Exposure test
Used to evaluate the performance of the carrier under conditions that you may have to deal with during use. We have extreme heat and cold carriers, as well as moisture, sunlight and chemicals.
